Capital Three is a Great Explorer coffee that speaks to the history of Antigua as the third capital city in Guatemala's history. The plantations where this Guatemalan coffee are grown are in valleys surrounded by the Acatenango, Agua, and Fuego volcanos. The volcanic soil and altitude provide rich nutrition and great drainage for the coffee cherries to develop. Washed processing helps bring out the aroma of blackberries and notes of chocolate that we discovered in this wonderful coffee.
