Great Explorer has sourced The Earl Grey for its interesting and delicate flavour notes which are accentuated when brewed as a filter coffee. The high altitude at which these beans are grown along with their provenance make this a wonderful cup every time.

The Negele Gurbitu Cooperative are a group of around 1500 smallholder farmers located around the southeast of the town of Yirgacheffe, famous for its well balanced coffees. They all use the same wash station and harvest coffees from October to December. The delicate floral flavours from the beans of this region are a result of a relatively more sparse planting than in other coffee growing parts of Ethiopia.
